I'm leading Supplier Relationship Management at Ottimate, from customer discovery and product strategy to phased roadmap definition — starting with secure supplier onboarding and information collection.

Senior Product Manager

2023–2025

Payments. I owned VendorPay product strategy, focused on adoption, transaction revenue, and profitability. I introduced and monetized FastACH and Expedited Check, launched AutoPay (Card on File), and led a redesign of business and customer verification with integrated LSEG risk checks. I also led Payment Vendor Grouping to consolidate vendor instances and improve operational efficiency, and built approval policy configuration to support multi-entity and enterprise accounts.

~$175K additional annual revenue from FastACH & Expedited Check AutoPay: ~$4.6M in cumulative payment volume Onboarding: 10 days → 2 days Vendor Grouping: +$8M quarterly transaction volume Monthly payment volume: $32M → $50M

Spend management. I led the migration of Ottimate's card programme from Marqeta to Corpay — physical and virtual card reissuance, in-app KYB/KYC, and the prefund model. I designed and launched Spend Essentials (free, cards-only) and Spend Premium (expense management) as a monetization path, and led development of expense reporting, the mobile app revamp, and receipt compliance automation.

$6M released in reserve funds

Across both areas, I led launch execution with US business teams and India engineering, partnering with marketing, customer success, and onboarding on customer-facing content, training, and adoption.

Associate Product Manager

2020–2021

I led a team of five to launch Google user sync, removing a migration barrier and enabling upsells to existing customers. I also led the launch of four major platform features in collaboration with multiple teams, enabling enterprise customer acquisition and automating product purchases and paid upgrades. I reduced average monthly product downtime incidents by preventing inadvertent database abuse, helping Kissflow meet customer SLAs.
