A little about me
I'm a Lead Product Manager at Ottimate, where I own the Payments and Spend product line — helping businesses pay vendors faster, safer, and with more control. Before that, I spent three years at Kissflow building platform features like SCIM provisioning, audit logs, and self-serve billing, and before that I built Kissflow's Procurement Cloud from scratch, scaling it from zero to 17 customers in a year.
My path here wasn't a straight line — I started as a mechanical engineer at NUS, maintained turbines and pumps for Shell in Singapore, and coordinated logistics on a billion-dollar construction project before pivoting into product. That background shows up in how I work: systems thinking, sweating the details, and shipping things that hold up in the real world. I also mentor upcoming PMs through The Product Folks, and stay hands-on with tech as a hobby — tinkering, building, and figuring out how things work.
